今日の朝日新聞の天声人語に、ある単語が紹介されていた。Phubbingだ。PhoneとSnubbingを組み合わせた新語であり、意味は「スマホに熱中して現実の相手とのコミュニケーションを無視している状態」である。先日の日馬富士の暴行事件でも、このPhubbingが原因だったようだ。会話をしている間はスマホを触らないように注意したい。
