自認する性に応じたトイレを使用することがOKかどうかということです。2016年にはNorth CarolinaでHB2という法律が制定され、生まれ持った性と違うトイレを使うことは禁止されました。2017年には、これは差別的ということで廃止されました（完全撤廃ではない）。アメリカではまだまだ議論が尽きない話題です。一方、日本の政治では話題にものぼりません。
